  1. I like the idea! I’d be interested if it’s a good side gig? i.e can you make much money creating templates?
Also, is Etsy the best place to do it? I’m not sure if people will be going to Etsy to find Pinterest templates. But then again I can’t think of a better place.

    1. Hi Nick, as I mentioned above, we have to promote whatever thing we sell. Nothing happens if no one knows what we created. So, That’s why I was mentioned about starting a blog. That is one of a suggestion and that is the reason to mention why earning will depend. We definitely have to promote it! And social media is another way!

Etsy is a good place for handmade items, arts, and working for digital products too. Etsy search will drive some of the sales if you’re using a good description for your products.

Also when you go through my Etsy guide, I have already mentioned some other ways to promote Etsy products. My opinion is we have to promote and tell people what we are doing. Etsy is a place to sell, a blog is a place to promote!

  2. Very interesting! Never thought of that as an income stream, even if I use Canva aaaalll the time. How much is an average price for a template?

  3. I have a doubt about pro membership. Can I sell templates after ending my pro membership?
    (Created before pro membership expires)
Sorry for my bad English. My first language is not English. I hope you understand my question.

    1. Hi Krish.

For now, It’s working like that! But, you need to get a shareable link to templates by clicking “Use as a template” before pro membership expires.

However, I can’t confirm how Canva will going to provide these features in the future.

This would be great help to me.

    Thank you!

    1. Hi Priyanka,

‌Glad to hear that and thanks for your feedback. I’ve already published a guide for how to start a blog. The main thing is I’m trying to simplify all the guides without making it complicated to my readers. Because I can’t assume that everyone is tech-savvy.

In fact, still, I’m growing and I hope to provide more guides in the future. As for your valuable request, I definitely have to do it step-by-step. 🙂
